20 sliced brussel sprouts
1 avocado
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup diced bell pepper
11/2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 red onion
2 cups diced tomato
2 cups sliced zucchini
4 cups chopped kale
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp gumbo file
3 tbsp arrowroot powder
6 cups water and blend arrowroot powder,
Garam masala, braggs, gumbo file, and no-salt seasoning. Add all ingredients let simmer.
Cook 4 cups red lintels and add to gumbo for a thicker soup
